Preliminary Pricing

When designing a custom home, it is often advantageous to assess the potential cost of the proposed custom home project relative to the budget before preparing the construction drawings. During the preliminary design phase, we provide a written, detailed estimate of the construction cost based upon the preliminary plans. This preliminary cost estimate is helpful in determining whether the construction cost of your new home project will be within the budget that you have set. If changes are desirable or necessary, they can easily be incorporated during the design phase before your architect proceeds with the final construction drawings.

Once your final plans are completed, we prepare a comprehensive written cost estimate based upon the design details and the specifications outlined in the construction drawings.
